Demi began dancing at the Linda Young School of Dance at the age of 10 and became a Cecchetti scholar for 3 years, receiving a distinction and also gaining her Associate Diploma teaching qualification.
She taught for various teachers such as Hazel Turner, Linda Young, Belinda Payne and Susan Handy. Demi then trained for 3 years at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary, gaining a BA Honours degree. Whilst at Rambert, Demi’s choreography piece was chosen to be performed at the Cochrane Theatre in Holborn, London as part of the Design for Dance.
She also danced in a choreographed piece by Mark Baldwin of the Rambert Dance Company called ‘The Light’,in the Windsor Fringe Festival and for the Windsor Opera.
Demi recently choreographed dances from around the world as part of the Susan Handy School of Dancing in the Farrer Theatre in Windsor.
